Chef Judson Simpson Graces Elk Lake ECO Resource Centre

If one were looking for an expert opinion on Canada and the Culinary Arts then one need look no further than Jud Simpson, not just because he is the Executive Chef of Food Services at the House of Commons in Ottawa, but also because he is proud to have been born, raised and trained in Canada.

Elk Lake ECO Resource Centre had the Honour of hosting an event that stared Chef Simpson, and other talented Chefs from both Northern and Southern Ontario. A glowing group of travelers and locals were on site to experience the delectable treats, and disappointment was not on the menu! A dilight to all, the event was a gastromic success.
