The Elk Lake area is rich with an abundance of rugged, gravel and groomed trails that sets out over historical rail beds, old forestry roads and trail systems in prime boreal wilderness. With snowmobiling being one of Northern Ontario’s greatest desire, our region devotes its time to maintaining kilometres of beautifully beautifully powdered trails.

Elk Lake is located on the north end of Lady Evelyn Smooth Water Park and is home to some of the finest fresh water canoe routes in the World. Offering over 20 Km of rugged trails and water, our region aspires in offering you its adventurous outdoors.

Here at the Elk Lake Eco Centre, we look forward to offering you 8 acres of land in essence of helping you enjoy the most of outdoors as possible. We are aware of your desire for outdoor adventure. Therefore, whether your preference is on the lake, along the lake or in the wilderness; we are in proximity to all your outdoor needs. We also make it our priority to make your time with us enjoyable. Rather your passion be winter fun or summer love, the surroundings of the Eco Centre allow us to offer pleasure to all!
